The film is set in the early 90's, taking a stalwart of the decade, loveable kids' tv programming hosts like Mr. Dressup, and twisting it into horrifying nightmare fuel.
The film deals with themes of abuse, neglect, and parenting.
Some terrifying and unforgettable scenes, but the film is more sinister and creepy than it is scary.
There is some disturbing and creative gore, we especially enjoyed the macbre puppets, and children's eyes.
Millenials and Gen Xers will love the nostalgic aesthetic.
