This unique and thrilling film is Bodin's directorial debut and it takes place at Halloween!
The film is wildly creepy, very atmospheric, and thrilling enough to fill you with dread and keep you on the edge of your seat.
The characterization and acting are excellent, very well cast, maybe some more depth for the secondary characters would have been better.
The sets and special effects are well crafted, some great deaths, a few jump scares but the film is more psychological terror, and the score complements so well.
The twists are great and unexpected so long as you don't read about the film before, and the film has a great pace and thrilling climax.
Our only critique of this film is that there are two film ideas mashed into one, this probably should have been two separate films, there is no back story for the villain at all.
