Paranormal Activity 2

After a 3-year hiatus, Paranormal Activity becomes a franchise with this prequel, and starts pumping out movies.
First off, even though this is a prequel, you do need to watch the original film first, the film contains spoilers.
As mentioned in the first film, the main character has a sister and the two of them have memories of something paranormal happening to them as kids; this film is about the sister.
This film is a bit scarier than the first film, and thankfully the sister is rich enough to have security cameras installed (less shaky camera work), we love how they tie the films together.
Just a viewer note: there is a slightly racist trope, POC being seen as magic or mystical is not okay.
