Overlooked Disney made-for-tv film.
This is a very cute film to watch with the family, easy watching, cheesy and charming, fun special effects.
Bonus, the film does take place on Halloween.
Great 2000’s time capsule, your kids will probably question why they don’t just text each other with their cell phones haha
Features a young Caroline Rhea at her peak, Charles Shaughnessy, Robert Carradine, Laura Vandervoort, Karl Pruner, Jake Epstein, and others.
