Jack Brooks Monster Slayer

This is great fun. The film isn’t very scary but it is an absolute feast for the eyes. The film does somewhat come off as a comedy, but is it?
Despite being from 2007, there is no CGI, instead there is incredible special effects makeup right out of the 80’s.
Just a heads up, the film is a flashback and it begins with two prequels, tiny bit confusing.
The film unfortunately does not have any sequels. We think this would have made a great series akin to Buffy.
