Hey you guys!!!!!!
Great nostalgia film for Gen X, and to introduce to your kids, they will absolutely love this entertaining pirate treasure hunt, it is a kid’s dream adventure.
The mostly child cast do a pretty good job acting, give us lots of laughs, could have done with less shouting over each other, but the characters and the villains are great too.
(yes, that is Sam from LOTR)
The sets and special effects used are really good, they don’t make movies like this anymore, no CGI in this film.
Great 80’s score, Cyndi Lauper makes an appearance.
There really should be pirate horror movies, so much material to work with.
