Sequel to the Kaiju found footage flick, Cloverfield (2008).
No plot details yet but it was announced that it will be a direct sequel to the original, we expect it to be just taking place in the same universe seeing as it has been 17 years.
We do not know yet if this will be a found footage style film like the original.
Directed by Babak Anvari, known for 'Hallow Road' (2025), and 'Under The Shadow' (2016).
There are some big writer names on this project, J.J Abrams and Drew Goddard.
